Prescribed guidelines for resident students of Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) Layyah Nursing Hostel.
Zero Tolerance Policy
NIGHT PASS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED
NOTE: Please strictly follow all instructions. Otherwise, strict disciplinary action and expulsion from the hostel will be taken against culprits. Under no circumstances will night passes be authorized.

The 14 Mandatory Hostel Regulations

Keep your allocated room / floor neat & clean. Personal living quarters and corridors must be maintained according to hygienic hospital-standard protocols.

Mention and paste your names, class, and department on the door. Every room must clearly display resident identification plates at all times.

Provide visitors list with complete details. Submission of National ID Card copies, verified contact numbers, and clear relationship proofs (parents and siblings only) is compulsory upon admission.

Turn OFF lights and all electrical appliances while leaving your room. Conserve energy and eliminate electrical fire hazards. Heaters or heavy unapproved appliances are strictly barred.

Make sure your time IN/OUT is recorded in entry register. Bypassing the security gate log book is considered a serious disciplinary breach.

Keep the kitchen and laundry area neat and tidy. Wash utensils immediately and respect designated timings for washing machines and iron stands.

Dispose of garbage properly. All personal waste must be disposed of directly in the designated outdoor garbage disposal bins.

Loud music is NOT ALLOWED in the hostel. Maintain a peaceful, studious atmosphere suitable for medical and nursing revision at all hours.

Avoid frequent outside visits. Unnecessary excursions outside the campus perimeter are strongly discouraged.

Day scholars are NOT ALLOWED to stay in the hostel prior to administration approval. Unauthorized guest stays will incur heavy penalties on the host resident.

No one is allowed to leave the hostel without prior intimation & Father's permission. The warden will directly verify paternal consent before authorizing release.

Follow the kitchen rules. Food preparation timings, cleanliness of stoves, and dining room etiquette must be strictly observed.

Room-to-room attendance sharp at 3:00 PM & 9:00 PM. All residents must be present inside their rooms during the official roll calls by the Warden and Head Girls.

Hostel out pass time is 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. In case of any family emergency, parents will contact the Hostel Warden directly.
