Statutory Charges & Official Payment Notes:
  • University / Regulatory Council Registration: Charged as per actual rates set by respective governing bodies (PCP, PNMC, or University).
  • Examination Dues: Payable prior to each term/annual examination as prescribed by the respective examining authority.
  • Admission Fee: Mandatory, one-time, non-refundable charge payable at the time of confirming admission.

  • Final approval for extraordinary relief beyond standard institutional policy.
  • Extended installment plans beyond the active academic semester.
  • Full or partial tuition waivers on humanitarian or exceptional grounds.
Discounts: Authority to grant 15% to 100% Fee Waivers.
Special Waivers: Complete decision-making authority across all disciplines.

5. General Regulations on Installments & Fee Discounts

1. Installment Agreement: All approved installment schedules must be documented and signed on the official Institutional Financial Undertaking Form prior to semester commencement.
2. Non-Cumulative Clause: Merit scholarships, Shuhada benefits, and discretionary Chairman discounts cannot be combined. Eligible students receive the single highest permissible concession.
3. Verification Mandate: All concession applications under the Pak Army / Police Martyrs category must be vetted by the Director Finance before final sign-off by the Executive Director / Chairman.
